Hei Hei Pepper Sauce

This is the pepper sauce from one of Singapore’s national dishes, Black Pepper Crab.

The aromatics of fresh ginger, garlic & chillies elevate its rich, sweet soy sauce base, combining with our unique blend of black pepper & Chinese white pepper for a fiery, flavourful kick! Add to stir-fries or use as a marinade for meats, fish or vegetables - a splash of sauce is all the seasoning you need.

Our sauce is made with no artificial preservatives and is suitable for vegans. Before opening, shake then pour to get all the good bits!
